fully owns a brokerage subsidiary, the London-based Maxis Investments Ltd.

As of 2025/12, İş Investment had total assets of TL 117.717 million and shareholders' equity of TL 32.383 million, while İş Investment shares have been listed on Borsa Istanbul under the ISMEN ticker since May 2007 and as of today it is the only investment company included in the BIST Sustainability Index. The long-term national credit rating of İş Investment determined by Saha Rating is AAA with a stable outlook.
İş Investment offers a wide range of services in the field of corporate finance, such as private sector advisory consisting of equity public offerings, private sector debt securities issuances, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and strategic planning, project financing advisory and venture capital advisory. İş Investment is the leader in equity offerings market in Türkiye as of 2025/3 with 40 equity public offerings, totaling TL 33,2 billion completed since its foundation. In the Private Sector Debt Securities market, İş Investment continued its success by intermediating 17 corporate bond issuances with nominal size of TL 53,36 billion in 2026/3 while mediated issuances worth more than TL 416,9 billion in total since 2010. İş Investment continues to enjoy its pioneering role in the M&A sector as well and has closed 164 M&A transactions with an approximate total value of US$ 13 billion since 2000.

In the first quarter of 2024, our new mobile and web trading platform, Herkese Borsa, has been made available to investors in application markets. Herkese Borsa offers advantageous commission rates that vary according to volume, along with account opening without a portfolio minimum and free live data tracking services. With our next-generation trading platform, investors can execute transactions for Stocks, Futures and Options Market (VİOP), Warrants, and investment funds through the same application, as well as access research and analysis opportunities for these products.
In addition to analysis content provided by our expert research team within the platform, investors can benefit from İş Investment's capital market knowledge and experience through the option of investment advisory services. Investors can trade based on Net Assets or Margin in the application. İş Investment became the first domestic brokerage firm to offer warrant products (İş Investment Warrants - İş Varant) to investors when brokerage warrants began trading on Borsa Istanbul in 2010. We continue to contribute to the development of the warrant market with our pioneering position in this field.
Today, we maintain our market-making activities across 48 underlying assets within 5 different asset classes. Our product range includes warrants based on domestic equities and the BIST 30 Index, as well as oil, GBP/USD, and cotton warrants, which we first issued in 2015, 2017, and 2020, respectively.
